Most new features in Rubex are not well documented yet. Here's list:
[x] CLI interface (being looked at by @shaunakpp).
[x] Releasing the GIL.
[ ] Constant scoping.
[ ] Differences between Ruby and Rubex like using brackets for functions call arguments.
[ ] Multi-file Rubex programs.
