Foundations of Citizen Science completion not registering #1

I completed the Foundations of Citizen Science guide and used the link on the completion page (https://media.scistarter.org/foundations/index.html#/lessons/VGTkgQ_Po63-plah4U6jRTUGFmzSw7KM) to navigate back to the SciStarter trianing page (https://scistarter.org/training) but step 2 was not marked complete and all of the following steps remained grayed out. I had completed step 1 and it was marked as complete when I navigated back to the training page.

To progress in the training, you need to log in to SciStarter and navigate to the guide from the https://scistarter.org/training page. If either of those requirements are not satisfied, you can work through the guide but can not progress further.

Were you logged in, and did you go to the guide directly from the scistarter.org/training page?

I logged in on the training page as part of step 1, then followed the page down to the Foundations link and completed the training there, the followed the link on that page back to the training page. Every transition opened a new tab, so that might be part of the problem.

Step 2 is marked complete on your university email address, and step 3 is available for your to proceed. Was that the account you thought you were using?

For reference, the training page for your account looks like this: image

Does the https://scistarter.org/training page update correctly if you reload it?

No. It's still only showing that I have completed step 1.

If you'll let me know the username of your SciStarter account, I'll look into it for you.

Okay, Kelsie, I believe I've gotten your status straightened out. You should be good to proceed.
