Masked #59

This PR provides initial mask array support for aggregation operators mean, variance and standard deviation.

(There are lots of tidy-ups still to do, but they cut across other fundamental issues so I'm reluctant to deal with them in this PR. For example, I'd like to see one or more future PRs which get all the masked vs. non-masked handling on a firmer footing.)

@rhattersley agreed ... this is very rough and ready, far from a polished PR, but a step in the right direction.
