Provide Engine.ndarrays() and Engine.masked_arrays(). #62

Notable changes include:

Adds a sources attribute to computed arrays (i.e. aggregations & elementwise).
Splits each of the Mean/Var/Std chunk handler classes into two separate masked/non-masked classes.

Closes #61.

I'm not completely happy with the current state of things in this PR, but while the API is changing so much I'd rather it had feedback than keep it locked away until it was "perfect".
