Changed the way bib files are red by BibScan.

Main changes:

Switched from Bibliometrix to RefManageR to import bib files in the bib_reader function
Created a Lookup table to handle potential different formats for the bibtex bibliography
tested on some bib files I had, but need more testing
refactor the way the download summary is handled
