Switching to the server version #32

It seems the shiny server does not recognize the run-app.R script.

I had to modify the file structure to make the app on the server.

  1. I removed run-app.R
  2. moved ui.R and server.R out of the appScripts directory
  3. Created a global.R file to read the inputs files
