Revert "Staging" #241

Reverts ScienceCommons/api#237

Reverting temporarily because verifying SSL certs broke the search functionality and caused https://github.com/ScienceCommons/api/issues/240

I'll need to make additional changes to get the elasticsearch module pointed to the correct SSL certs file location.

ok search is working again in production, thanks for quickly addressing this

Removed ssl_fix.rb and redeployed, now login and search are both working in prod and we're not vulnerable anymore.
