I'd like to keep the JupyterBook as way to organize the content of this module. This PR updates the table of contents _toc.yml and moves some files around in the repo.
I also have removed the SLIDES*.html files. I consider those to be artifacts of a build process and likely should not be in this repository.
Finally, there is a 'launch button' added to the _config.yml that should allow direct access to the showcase.2i2c.cloud JupyterHub. (Note: the launch button code is fine but I need to add the nbgitpuller package to the image environment for this to work completely)
