HI, ScienceDiscoverer, I saw your answer shared on superuser.com/questions/1725756 But the link you provided for "this guide": https://www.deviantart.com/niivu/art/Guide-To-Installing-Windows-10-Themes-708835586 can't be accessed anymore, can you still provide me this method? Look forward to your reply.

Yes, the original author of that theme removed it for some reason. I can send you the archive with everything I had for this conversion, but I would advise you not to use it for several reasons:

  1. On newer Windows version it worked relatively fine, but on my old W10 version (from 2020) it caused some BSODs.
  2. It cannot turn all the pop up windows and everything in the system into Dark Mode. There is many annoying "white spots" remaining, like "open with" dialogue, that can't be changed.
  3. The process of installation is very convoluted and dodgy.

I've since resorted to use less pretty theme, but one that is much more effective. You can modify the colour values using some text editor, before you apply the theme. I made it a bit darker for myself. It has this annoying white borders on the taskbar, but I got used to it eventually. The important thing is, that its a TOTAL conversion, and everything becomes Dark Mode. This can have a comparability problems with some older applications, though.
