Here's the google form that people can use to submit supply requests.
Here's the google sheet that those requests are sent to, which has an additional page for supplies that we currently have. As items get ordered they can be migrated to this page. This worksheet can be viewed by anyone with the link, but only edited by email addresses that I add.
My only concern was adding contact info to the form. While I want to keep it public and viewable without requiring a sign-in, I'd like to have some contact info for the people making requests. The submitter's slack handle for the SHD team would be ideal, but I also added "public email" as a suggestion. Any ideas on this?
Sheet is up and running and tested! Now we'll see if anyone uses it...
We should have a database of items available for attendee use, as well as a supply request form to keep track.
