SSU survey early feedback #1

@daniellecrobinson I am getting feedback from my lab mates about the survey. If you give me access to the google doc I can see if I can introduce things like make the drop-down list of societies autocomplete and add the option that says that the only action taken was to sign the AAAS letter.

If you don't want to give me access, I can send you the list of some valuable comments I'm getting. Thanks

Thank you @daniellecrobinson. Brad told me that he realized later that he made a mistake answering that ARO had issued a statement (exactly!) so when he went back to actually answer "no" on the question regarding it he was not able to get rid of the follow up questions that he has started filling up. I'm not sure about how to solve that, but I can try.

@daniellecrobinson I'm trying to add another option to the question "Has your scientific society publicly released a statement that includes language about valuing diversity?" that says "The society has signed on the multisocietal AAAS letter to Trump but has not released any personal statement". Do you think it's too long? Also from here I would have the survey go to Section 3 directly. Thoughts?
