Should be a link to the tutorial in basic project view #129

Currently no link to the tutorial when you have set up your project. You only have choice to "Edit Project"

@noelmas do you mean to link to the official documentation? or to the app Overview tab?

Hi @teleyinex - I mean link to http://docs.pybossa.com/en/latest/index.html when you start a project. Having said that it's always on the top bar so perhaps that suffices

Thanks! I guess we can include a link in any case, so I'll fix it, ok? Redundancy in these cases are good I guess :-D

Problem: As a user I read the Flash message about the documentation, and when I click in it I get the full documentation of PyBossa, not the tutorial for creating an application.

Solution: Link should point to Flickr Person tutorial directly and open in a new window (see issue #146)
