User reports: I was unnsure what it meant to "have successfully set up PyBossa" #363

Quoting the user feedback:

"I think this scenario is fairly common (i.e. a manager encounters the software and requests an installation by a tech/dev person). Adding or linking to a "What is PyBossa" to the instructions page would help. It doesn't need to contain much, just a screenshot and a few sentences that define the platform at a high level. Make sure it explains both the concept of a PyBossa server, a PyBossa app and the data flow to and from other systems."

I think all the raised points are really good, and after checking the documentation I could say that I've written basically a completely mess :-) Thus, I would check other sites docs and re-arrange everything to that structure (right now, the instructions for installing the platform is in the bottom, the description of the platform is completely outdated, etc, etc.)

This issue has been solved in the last commit.
