Enhance App tutorial using https://github.com/PyBossa/app-flickrperson with instructions to running offline (should work with CORS).

Also (perhaps separate tickets): add a new geo location app (https://github.com/PyBossa/pybossa-geodemo) and a transcription app

@rgrp sorry but I don't get what you mean by "running offline". Would you mind to explain it a bit better?

I think this is no longer relevant as users can now directly try the app and code it in PyBossa thanks to CodeMirror.
