[Bug] 絕區零語音資源包沒有解壓縮

Description

將Starward提供的安裝包連結 使用瀏覽器下載所有安裝包 包含遊戲本體的10個包及語言的4個包 使用Starward安裝遊戲功能解壓縮之後 發現只有遊戲本體的10個包完成解壓縮 剩下的4個語言包原封不動留在資料夾內 且在遊戲首次啟動時下載了大約900MB
打開資源管理器發現遊戲仍然在下載及安裝語言包 且打開遊戲語言設定發現遊戲無法辨識語言包

Reproduction Steps

1. 使用Windows檔案總管建立遊戲安裝資料夾
2. 打開Starward進入絕區零-國際服分頁
3. 在右上角遊戲資源按鈕中找到1.1.0 完整安裝包連結 共14個
4. 將安裝包全部複製到瀏覽器下載
5. 將安裝包全部移動到遊戲安裝資料夾
6. 點擊Starward安裝遊戲按鈕 選擇遊戲安裝資料夾並開始安裝
7. 等待解壓縮及驗證過程完畢後使用Windows檔案總管進入遊戲安裝資料夾查看
8. 即可復現語言包未解壓縮
9. 啟動絕區零遊戲 並登入遊戲
10. 即可復現遊戲重新下載語言包
11. 打開遊戲內語言設定
12. 即可復現 除了遊戲重新下載的中文語言包除外其他三個語言包均無法辨識

Expected Behavior

將所有的遊戲安裝包和語言包正確的解壓縮並安裝 並且使遊戲順利辨識語言包
