Resources tabs in different colors #410

Training in grape, guidance in aqua and tools in lime.

Found a way to to color the tabs differently, question is what colors to have? Now I changed text to always be black, the top border is darker variant of respective color, bottom border is same as previously, and the background is 25% version. Play around?
