Dds 1851 document the s3 endpoints in swagger

Maybe we should leave the local url uncommented

it anyhow appears last in the drop down menu, so it shouldn't hurt to have it. What do you think!

I preffer it uncomented to avoid mistakes once it is public, looks clear that way. Once all this ordeal is finish I don't think there will be much more touch to the swagger files actually
