Bump CodeQL version

1. Description / Summary

At first there was a warning displayed in the Security tab saying that some scans regarding CodeQL may be out of date, so I checked and it seemed to be due to a javascript scan which was last done in 2021. Added scanning of JS but didn't help. Dismissed the last scan config and instead bumped the version of the codeql action.
