Clarify the supported maximum file size

While waiting for better support of large files (#6474), the current maximum file should be better documented and managed:

[ ] Libparsec : Error early on detection of file size > max supported file
- There seem to be an api to get file size before operation, this should be implemented under
  - libparsec mountpoint : callback returning file size
  - libparsec workspace : using callback to perform the check
[ ] Display user friendly error message
[ ] Document file size limit
[ ] Add tests to check what is currently supported

We should test the real (hard) limit, for example:

Local server (in-memory, with RAM >= 32GB)
Import large file (6Go ? 10 Go ?), preferably a video file to easily detect problems reading the file.
Ideally sur Linux & Windows
