[🚀 | Feature request]: Add cleanup routine for the parsec mountpoint directory #9028

What you would like to accomplish

A cleanup routine for folder present in Parsec. If parsec crash for whatever reason with workspaces openned, theirs mountpoints' folder will remains.

On the next start, parsec when it create folders for the mountpoints will not reuse the previous folders

How the feature should work

Parsec could reuse the previous folders before creating new folders with suffix
