Unknown Dwarf Problem #447

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Not sure. First run of a freshly downloaded DT6.12 works fine. On subsequent 
runs, I experience the problem.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All dwarves are supposed to be listed as: Firstname Lastname. Instead, I see: 
Firstname Unknownunknown. This makes it extremely hard to use DT with larger 
populations where the game has multiple dwarves with the same first name.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

6.12
Win7x64

Please provide the "run.log" file in the "log" directory of DwarfTherapist
when this error occurred.

If this is a truly "crazy" issue, please also attach a copy of your save-
game.

Have also been experiencing the exact same problem. V 6.12 as well - occurred 
randomly, have been using this version for a few weeks now. Also use Win7x64. 
Re-reading dwarves and restarting Dwarf Fortress do not solve the issue.
