Bit of scope creep on this PR, went camping without access to the Internet.

Left to do:

[x] Switch sclang execution over to the python script style, to enable MacOS sclang testing
[x] Add testing for initial parameter values in Scinth.new
[x] Add icon
[x] Add macOS testing to Travis CI
