BUG - Voice Activity reports to #console-spam #10

Describe the bug

Voice activity on ANY server that the client is on reports to G-C-A's #console-spam channel.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Invite the Client to any other server.
  2. Join a VoiceChannel on the differing server.
  3. Observer GCA's #console-spam channel.

Expected behavior

Console-spam to only report activity in the GCA server. Voice Activity to be reported in the designated channel on the respective server.
