The reason for this is for the compliance requirement of Advertising Id permission, Google Play Designed for Families Programs and for Android 12.
Changes
If it helps with the whitelisting, there are no significant changes with the requests and no changes with the hooks scripts, and I can assure the plugins' functionalities are internally the same and are safe. The changes are only the following:
Version bump
Added ability to override dependency versions, to update from the .c3addon through variables, reducing whitelisting requests. This will allow me to only request whitelisting when there are breaking changes.
The rest are just changes in the src and www, which are just refactors and new features.
Reduced Whitelisting
I know this is a pain to whitelist because of the number of Cordova plugins, but I've made a solution to stop this.
Please kindly whitelist the long list of plugins one last time.
I've now added an override for the dependency versions through Cordova plugin variables defined by the .c3addon, which should significantly reduce the whitelisting from every 6 months to hopefully only a year or two.
List [1] would now only be whitelisted every year or so, and only when there are breaking changes.
List [2] would now be permanent, and will only be whitelisted individually after, when an individual Cordova plugin's dependency has its name changed, which is rare.
This is technically [New] but currently required by Google Play's Designed for Families Programs, for compliance purposes.
It is a simple plugin that just removes the Ad.Id permission in the project. This is also compatible with the Mobile Advert object, if you would like to use it, to save time in the future.
