Remove layer and go to layout FlushPendingInstances bug #7509

Problem description

When I delete a layer and switch to another layout, an error appears in the console.

Attach a .c3p

remove_layer_and_go_to_layout_flush_pending_instances_bug_r364b.zip

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a project.
  2. Launch and open the console.
  3. Click 1 to delete the layer.
  4. Press 2 to change to another layout.

The project removes all layers from the layout. The engine does not allow this - a layout must always have at least one layer. The next beta changes this so the call to remove the layer does nothing rather than ending up with an error.
