The project appears to load a PNG raster image in to SVG picture. It's meant to be used with SVG images. Using anything else probably won't work, so closing.

@AshleyScirra I really need this. I use loading images in SVG Picture
in order to avoid loading all the images into memory. I have a lot of images and only need to show a few at a time.
Loading an image in SVG Picture will still load it in to memory. Anyway SVG Picture is not designed for this use and so we will not support it.
@AshleyScirra Yes, but after deleting the SVG Picture
the memory will be freed. This is very similar to how the Unique sprite
plugin worked in Construct classic
.

When I launch the game,

does not display any content. There are also errors in the console.Chrome
