In the animation editor that is first open when add a Sprite object type, if click the 'Animations' bar when edit the image origin, the point will be offset.

add new sprite object type to open Animation Editor
Use the any tools to draw, or import a images, just make sure the canvas is not empty
Edit the image potins, and click any postion
Click the 'Animations' bar
Observed result
The image origin has shifted position. but If you close the animation editor now, it will work normally at next time.
