Images not Visible with Mismatched `Compression for Export` Settings #8213

Objects with different lossy/lossless settings don't show up correctly, at least in preview.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open and preview project

Observed result

The default dice faces should be visible on the 3D object.

Expected result

It looks like only the insides of the top and bottom facings are visible?

3DShape is "lossless", Sprite is "lossy 90"

Various combinations of objects with various lossy/lossless settings seem to cause this issue, and possibly a few others. This was the only combination I could reliably recreate.

Many times an object would be visible the first time a project was previewed, but not the 2nd time, with no changes in between. I was unable to create that behavior in an example project. (Unifying the lossy-ness settings fixes this issue however.)

Thanks, good catch - it turned out some lossy and lossless spritesheets were accidentally using the same filename as each other. It should be fixed in the next beta - possibly there will be a patch release for this as we're close to a stable release.
