Two project files cannot have same name regardless of file path #8340

Problem description

This behaviour seems appropriate for the deprecated "flat" file structure but the "folders" structure makes this obsolete. This issue results in confusing behaviour - for example, when using a project folder and moving more than one file with the same name into the project file folder, the editor becomes desynchronised with the actual project file folder resulting in various quirks (e.g. unable to save project after deleting a folder that contains duplicate file).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import a file into a subfolder of the project files folder
  2. Import a file with the same name into another subfolder

Observed result

Construct offers to replace the original file, despite them having different paths.

Expected result

The file should be imported into the correct folder.
