Update dependencies. #287

As noted in Issue #285 this is my update to dependencies only.

I have run the built in tests with tox.

I am also using this daily with my hobby projects.

I don't see any rush to merge this. I will keep using it and report any problems that I find.

Let me know if there is anything in particular I should check out, based on previous experiences with updating these dependencies.
