Add configurable queue name #9

Adds possibility to obtain queue's name from app settings file.

Just wanted to send you a note and mention that I tested this functionality on one of my applications that use Name Resolving and it works. Hoping this makes it to the main build soon!

@jakedenyer @krlm I should be able to review, test, merge and release 1.1 including all the recent PRs till the end of year. First, I need to release a few batches of 🎄 🍪 🍪.
