Are you sure your scoop is up to date? Clean cache and reinstall
Please run scoop update; scoop cache rm wezterm;
and update/reinstall application

I just simply tried to update wezterm to the latest scoop available version, in the cross platform Powershell 7
and then in the Windows Powershell 5
. , and I got the following result
Looking at WezTerm's scoop manifesto: https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/master/bucket/wezterm.json the download url matches precisely to the WezTerm's github repo release page download link, and the hash code in the manifesto is identical to what Wez published. Probably a good starting point for debugging is the fact that the actual hash code is an empty string.
