I've created the test manifest, but for some reason when the "ssdeep.exe" executable is called and "binned" as 'ssdeep' in the PowerShell or CMD the app behaves strange.

Entered 'ssdeep' as the app is shimmed via this alias (changing it doesn't help):

pressing ENTER and this follows: note that i have written this in the console, while it is executing

env_add_path doesn't work either, so I don't know what else to do or try, or if I even close this issue and forget about adding this program to Scoop whatsoever

Then it looks like a non functional program. We can close this issue, as the repo looks abandoned as of now.

Closing as the program is not functional and besides all that its latest version was released back in 2017
