Cannot reproduce.
All files could be downloaded without any issue. Problems with download could be caused by:
scoop config aria2-enabled false
and try again)it's not abt geo restrictions, it about the pacakge not being where it should be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you tried with aria2 disabled?
According to error messages, it's a typical network error.
I clearly know that, but this has happened earlier while installing Okular, the link was not working coz they had changed it out, here something similar happened, their website was down for some moments and thus this error occured.
I got to know that later after posting this issue😅
