but I think it may be more easily to implement it ScoopInstaller/Nonportable

OK, at this point I believe this issue should just be closed. pCloud's links for the 64bit version keep constantly changing that it's becoming a headache to try and find a permanent one. If someone has a permanent link for the 64bit version, that would be great. Otherwise I'm just going to move on and not look back on this.

I've found out that it's possible to generate a permanent download link for pCloud if you register as an affiliate at https://partner.pcloud.com/. This seems to generate a 20% comission. If you don't mind, I've created download links using my account. Of course I would gladly accept if someone that contributes more to Scoop like you created the links instead xD
