Hunters Weapon Recipe Balancing + Frozen Core Accessorification + The Great Sprite Fixem #125

-Rebalanced the recipes of every non-Omega Cannon Hunters weapon.

-The Frozen Core is now an accessory that reduces overheat by 10%.

-Fixed most of the issues with suit addon sprites, and made radical changes to the following suits: ->PED (Edited helmet and changed color palette) ->Hazard Shield (Edited helmet and changed color palette) ->Retro Vanity (Total overhaul to resemble concept art for the original NES game) Fixes for the original iterations of these suits will be made if requested.

NOTE: There are still known issues with stray green pixels on many sprites. The edits primarily focused on fixing the gaps in the suit textures, especially noticeable in the new 1.4 arm animations.
