Updated the Life Reserve UI to be compatible with the different Health/Mana styles introduced in 1.4.
Known Issues:
-Nothing draws over the health bar's "start cap", with the heart logo on it, causing the top of the first reserve bar to be cut off.
-Some of the drawing for Fancy hearts is a little wonky (thankfully to a degree that's difficult to notice), but I simply just don't know how to change textures that were already drawn.
