[x] Update form to allow user to select multiple rounds
- [x] Should not allow multi-round for ETH donations
[ ] Grant contract interactions to fetch data needed for signature (pull from fund.js)
[ ] Token approval
[ ] Get user signature
[ ] POST all needed data to backend
