Add salt for passwords and fix display modal

Description

• Add salt configuration to phone numbers
• Add email configuration to send verification code after two code verification requests
• FIx display modal even when the user was verified
• Extract parameter to limit the number of request code verifications
• Add a link to Owocki twit
