@zoek1 if twilio doesnt think a number is valid, we should provide an error to the user wehn they click verify saying so.

982711e6fe09b32351a3bbf0bed6448e7cebc062 will add the plus sign in front of those numbers, but for some reason doesnt toggle the country code.
