if value was added to each input in each transaction of /transactions/address/:address, we could better summarize outgoing transactions. currently we are summing over transaction.outputs[]. This will not account for fee. if we want to account for fee, we should sum the value of transaction inputs. Currently value does not live on transaction.inputs[]. Instead we would need to call `GET /transaction/id/:txId` to get the value of each input. In this case, it's likely we already have a knowledge of that transaction, but it would be more convenient if the value was already on the transaction input json.
