Issue 4.1 & 4.2

The balance displayed should only be of UTXOs for which isSpendable is true.
If there are any UTXOs for which isSpendable is false, the sum of said UTXO's should be shown as a separate number, labeled "Pending Balance"
Pending Balance should only show if non-zero
