Change Sending To Self Behavior

Issue 6.8

Sending to an address owned by the existing wallet should show as two entries:

• One outgoing, that includes the fee
• One incoming, that doesn't include the fee

If we look up transactions via the typical GET /transactions/:address then the fee is unknown. This could be addressed by the 2nd suggestion here: https://github.com/ScopeLift/kaspa-wallet/issues/56

Interim solution is to ask for each tx's extended output.
