This may be an easy change, i.e. storing exchange rates at (say) 36 decimal precision and defining 1 WAD = 1e36. Should be investigated at some point, but is not a big priority. See https://github.com/ScopeLift/reimbursement-tokens/pull/17#discussion_r728414483
