Mobile view of homepage needs more padding for navbar #15

When trying the dev page in mobile view on a Moto G4, the navbar buttons fill up the entire width. image

It would look nicer if both the login and registration buttons are on the same line filling up each side with a bit of padding on each side. More of a visual change rather than a functional one for mobile users.
