Auth Dialogue design #24

1) After the completion of issue #23 auth dialogue needs to be built. 2) On clicking the login button, an Auth dialogue must pop up. 3) The rest of the app must get an overlay. 4) The dialogue must have the following screens:

Only design is needed in this issue, not the actual implementation
