update menu button #103

As a user, I would like to have a menu button So that I can navigate the app

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The menu button must be visible
  2. The menu button toggles (opens of closes) the navigation menu
  3. The menu button must be a hamburger
    1. When clicked, the hamburger button changes to close button
    2. when clicked again, the close button changes to hamburger
    3. transitions between the two buttons
