update OpenAI response to be only strings #82

As a user, I would like to save my workouts so that I can select from my workouts when I need to

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. the response from OpenAI must be stored in the MondoDB
  2. the response from OpenAI must be standardized to ensure all values in key:value pair are strings
