Adding company/contact while scheduling a shipment #44

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In shipping module, schedule a shipment
2. Click on the add new company icon twice in succession
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Two dialog boxes appear. See attached screenshot
