What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do not set a 'Default Company' in the Shipping/Receiving section of the
Admin module.
2. Go to Schedule a Receipt in the Receiving module
3. Attempt to create a new contact by clicking the green plus icon.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dialog to create a new contact should appear. Instead you get an AJAX
error.
